Norquay - dream catcher

Dream Catcher

Through the dedication of its PAC members and grant funding received through the BC Tire Stewardship, John Norquay Elementary School was able to provide its students with an accessible playground.  Marathon installed pour in place recycled rubber safety surfacing in natural colours with hints of vibrant red.   Incorporated into the surfacing are culturally inspired and diverse design elements, an Asian inspired hopscotch dragon, an intricate dream catcher and playful bear paws all provide unique play value and interesting focal points to the play surfacing.
