Surrey Memorial Hospital wanted to create a safe rooftop retreat for their patients. Marathon was able to provide this by removing the existing uneven flagstones and replacing them with landsafe poured in place recycled rubber surfacing. This created a safe seamless transition from the doorway and throughout the patio. To make this rooftop a true retreat for patients, Marathon took inspiration from nature and created a tranquil unique tree design using calming colours.
